InstallerenHow to install

  1. Download SwipeBuddy-Setup.exe en open het bestand.
  2. Windows vraagt of de app wijzigingen mag aanbrengen: kies Ja. Daarvoor heb je een beheerdersaccount nodig.
  3. Volg de stappen van het installatieprogramma. SwipeBuddy start daarna en staat als icoon in het systeemvak, rechtsonder bij de klok. Bij elke aanmelding op de pc start SwipeBuddy vanzelf.
  4. Stel een oudercode in om SwipeBuddy los te gebruiken, of koppel de pc: maak in SwipeBuddy Ouder of SwipeBuddy Teacher een koppelcode aan en vul die in op de pc.
  1. Download SwipeBuddy-Setup.exe and open the file.
  2. Windows asks whether the app may make changes: choose Yes. You need an administrator account for this.
  3. Follow the steps of the installer. SwipeBuddy then starts and shows an icon in the system tray, at the bottom right next to the clock. SwipeBuddy starts by itself every time someone signs in on the PC.
  4. Set a parent code to use SwipeBuddy on its own, or pair the PC: create a pairing code in SwipeBuddy Parent or SwipeBuddy Teacher and enter it on the PC.

Tip: laat het gezinslid of de leerling op de pc werken met een standaardaccount, niet met een beheerdersaccount. Dan kan SwipeBuddy niet zomaar worden gestopt of verwijderd.

Tip: let the family member or student use a standard account on the PC, not an administrator account. Then SwipeBuddy cannot simply be stopped or uninstalled.

Werkt zichzelf bijUpdates itself

Je hoeft SwipeBuddy maar één keer te installeren. Een SwipeBuddy-service op de pc kijkt een paar keer per dag op swipebuddy.app of er een nieuwe versie is, controleert de download en installeert hem op de achtergrond.

You only need to install SwipeBuddy once. A SwipeBuddy service on the PC checks swipebuddy.app a few times a day for a new version, verifies the download and installs it in the background.
